Our wide variety of tours are suitably tailored for a wide variety of individuals, families and groups. These tours cover Ghana and other West African countries like Togo, Benin, Burkina Faso, Côte d’Ivoire, Mali, Senegal and the Gambia.  Our itinerary is planned to suit the desires and dynamism based on individual and group interests. Scheduled tours are few and far between, but can be provided on request. Provide us with your areas of interest and we would develop a tour package that’s best suited to you. 1 Week Tour of Southern Ghana

fleetDay 1 : Arrival at Kotoka International Airport. Assistance through immigration and customs formalities by our protocol officers and transferred to hotel. Orientation and dinner (for evening arrivals).

Day 2 : Accra city tour–Visit the W.E.B. Du–Bois memorial centre for Pan Africanism and the  Independence Square, Ghana’s ceremonial grounds. Tour  the Kwame Nkrumah Mausoleum, the final resting place of the first president of Independent Ghana and the Arts Centre, where a variety of crafts and fabrics are on sale and test your bargaining skills on the vendors. Welcome dinner with cultural performance in the evening.

Day 3 : Early morning drive to Hohoe, the second city of Volta Region; visit the Wli Waterfalls, situated in the heart of the rainforest.  It is the highest and most picturesque in West Africa. You will cross numerous wooden bridges of the meandering stream before arriving at the fall. Return to Ho and visit Kpetoe, a kente village where you will see the kente cloth being woven in traditional looms. Spend overnight in Ho.

Sub regional tour - Togo/Benin

Day 1 : Departure for Aflao, go through customs and immigration and cross over to Lome, capital of the Republic of Togo. Tour the national museum. After lunch, tour Asigame, the central market and the Fetish Market. Overnight in Lome.

Day 2 : Morning visit of the National Museum. Continue to Hilla Condji for immigration and customs formalities and cross over to the Republic of Benin. Check into hotel. In the afternoon, tour the old Cathedral Notre Dame, the international market of Dantokpa with its luring traders. Finally, visit the International handicraft Promotion Centre . Overnight/Cotonou.

Day 3 : Depart for Alada, birthplace of Tousaint Louverture, founding hero of Haiti. Welcome reception by King Adjaouto, family of Toussaint ouverture , traditional dancers and visit the memorial. Transfer to Abomey, where we will visit the place of Goho and King Benhazin Memorial, who defeated the French Army, the historic museum with its arms events and amazons. Welcome reception by king Agoli Agbo, traditional and royal dances . Overnight/Abomey.

Day 4 : Depart to Ouidah, the former centre of slave trade between Europe and West Africa to Brazil, USA, Haiti, Cuba and the cradle of Voodoo cult.  We will visit the sacred forest of Kpase, the Portuguese Historic Museum, the sacred temple of Pythons, the Cathedral Notre Dame,  the House of Brazil.  Welcome reception by Daagbo Hounon, chief superior of voodoo cult in Benin. Then we will walk the road of the slaves, leading to the majestic memorial of slavery at Zoungbodji. Welcome reception by King  Kankanakou at Zoungbodji and return to Cotonou.  Boarding/lodging

Day 5 : Free morning, afternoon tour of Ganvie,  “The venice of Africa.” Welcome reception by fishermen, visit the Lover’s lane, the market place, the handicraft centre. Return to Cotonou. Evening farewell dinner.

Day 6 : Return to Accra – Free afternoon
